Desk House-keeper : Desirable : experience in the same capacity in any reputed hotel.
Stewards : Experience : minimum 6 months in any reputed hotel.
Bartenders : Experience : minimum of 6 months in any reputed hotel in the same capacity.
Bell Captain : Mandatory : experience in the same capacity in any 5 star hotels.
Production :
(1) Bakers / Pattissiers : Experienced in any 5 star hotels or reputed bakery
(2) Tandoor : Specialised and experienced for minimum 1 year in a Tandoor speciality restaurant
(3) Chinese : Specialised and experienced for minimum 1 year in a speciality restaurant
(4) Continental : Specialised and experienced for minimum 1 year in a Continental speciality restaurant
